Joe Towne is best known as the founder and CEO of his training company, The Performance Mindset.

He offers workshops designed to help people perform at their highest level, whether it’s preparing for an audition, shifting their mindset for a script screenwriting for a healthier work-life balance, or even helping athletes prepare for a performance on a worldwide stage.

He’s been featured on Dr. Oz, On the Air with Ryan Seacrest, Good Day LA, Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing.

He has brought his a claim to workshops to other high profile clients like Verizon AOL, Lulu Lemon, Showtime networks, L’Oreal, IT cosmetics. He’s also trained colleagues over at the universities like UCS, UCLA, George Brown college, and more.

He’s also the father to a five-year old son by the name of Lucas. He has also been married for the past 10 years.
