Yeadon Smith is my guest on this episode and he has been a husband for 15 years. A father of four, marathon runner and a business owner. 

He is a recovering youth minister, now working full time in real estate. He is co-founder of Live Oak Capital  which has grown since its inception to $36 million in assets under management. 

He has been in the business of building relationships. As part of that, he is now focused on mentoring students in an online education platform he co-founded. He mentors students on buying apartment complexes.
